• We've introduced multiple new maps to the Vestadian Peaks area, including the City of Vestada.

New Features

• Partial Controller Support! You can now use a Bluetooth or wired gamepad to play Eterspire! While UI interaction isn't supported yet, it's great for moving around and slaying beasts: left analog to move, right analog for the camera, square to interact, circle to attack/accept, cross for weapon special attacks/cancel, and triangle to cast your amulet.
• We've added three cosmetic lootbox sets to the Eterspire Store. Each lootbox costs 100 Crystals and guarantees a unique cosmetic with no repeats. All items have equal drop rates, and once unlocked, they're available for all your characters.
• Battery Saver Mode: Enable Battery Saver mode in the Graphical Settings menu to help your phone battery last longer while playing on the go.
• You can now adjust the render scale in the Graphical Settings menu to improve performance on less powerful devices.

Other Changes

• We've improved the performance of many old snow maps, but because this meant changing their internal IDs, you'll need to revisit them to unlock them again. With this, we've now migrated almost all legacy maps to our new systems!
• We've made the quest-log text for some quests more explicit, making it easier to follow and complete them.
• Christmas has officially ended in Eterspire. Thank you all for celebrating with us!
• We've adjusted the level requirements and mob combat levels for certain sections of the Main Quest.

Bugfixes

• Removed some duplicate warps.
• Examining gold rewards in the Quest Accept window no longer causes the game to freeze.
• Fixed an issue where some hunts would freeze when slaying skeletons in the Weepers Den.
• Fixed an issue where some mobs were not respawning in the Hall of Sacrifice.
• Fixed collision issues on Rae Island.

Other News

• As a hidden feature for those of you reading these Patch Notes, you can now type /mu in the chatbox to enable fixed camera mode. Relaunch the game client to revert it.
• 72 accounts have been banned for using modded clients, which is against the Eterspire Rules.

Behind the Scenes

• The combat rework we've been teasing in the Discord Ask The Devs events is nearly complete and will be released soon. Look forward to more active powers, an expanded skill tree, and exciting new challenges!
• We're already testing the new chatbox, featuring multiple channels for different languages and more. It's set to launch on January 28th!
• We're continuing to work on full controller support. Since Eterspire wasn't originally designed with gamepads in mind, this has presented some challenges, but we're confident we'll get there soon!
• Captain Suller and the Adventurers' Guild are gearing up for their next adventure in Eterspire v44!
